Do you worry when you buy something framed it will have been ruined in the framing process?
I've bought probably 5 framed guernseys, and pulled all of them out of the frames. So far I haven't had one that's been ruined. Had a few with tiny holes in them from pins, and had one with a bigger hole, where it had some really fine string pulled through it, but it's stuff you never see unless up really close.

Sometimes, but I am careful about how I remove them and I haven't had any issues thus far.

I found some photos on the AFL Photos site http://www.aflphotos.com.au/galleri...elong Training Session 270709&image_id=188368 to suggest that it's a 2009 training jumper. That's the only gallery where there's photos of them in that design.
I bought one of these from the auction as well and don't recall there being a name on the collar. It stands out so would have thought I'd have noticed. Will have to check when i get home tonight.
I think it's a brilliant idea for guernseys likely to be framed.

The good thing about that '30th anniversary' guernsey, is that they'll get two years use out of it with next year marking the Eagles' actual 30th anniversary of being in the VFL/AFL (1987-2017)

Haha, this old argument. It's a hard one, it's the 30th season this year, yet it's not technically 30 years. I know we've all discussed this one regarding the centenary year in 96 (1897-1996) not sure which is correct, but if they make another, I'm sure I'd buy it

An anniversary (or birthdays for that matter) start at zero, but 30 years/seasons starts at 1.Haha, this old argument. It's a hard one, it's the 30th season this year, yet it's not technically 30 years. Count it out on your fingers, starting with 1987 = first season. You'll end up at 2016 = 30th season.
