In your opinion, what would the Adelaide Football Club need to do to keep Danger at West Lakes beyond 2015? I understand some people will say he is going regardless and others will argue he isn't going anywhere but this thread is more so aimed at the people who think his decision is genuinely up in the air and something/someone will sway his decision. So let's just presume he doesn't get traded this off season, what can the Crows do in the next 12 months to keep him?

It could be a coach appointment, a ladder position in 2015 or a big signing. It's up to you to decide what will keep him at the club. I'm one that is of the opinion they will need to finish top 4 to keep him otherwise he'll return to Victoria via free agency.

It's impossible.

0% chance.

Do the Crows need Dangerfield, though?

If they have to pay an ungodly amount to keep him on their list, then perhaps they'd be best off pursuing a trade this year and getting good compensation (i.e. a couple of first round picks + player?) before he leaves as a FA next year.

Crows have to come out win games of footy. It's the only way to keep him. Got to get the right coach and pray that this new CEO is a gun. Certainly coudn't be much worse than the old one.

As far as head coach goes, I'd be okay with a Tudor, Sumich type. I'm more concerned about whether or not the Crows open the wallets and fork out for an overhauled footy department. They have to get the right people in there. We need a new midfield coach and a new forwards coach. I'd also be clearing out the skills coaches, high performance manager mainly due to our skills being deplorable in 2014 and the fact we choked in at least 6 games.
