I wasn't teachers pet and wasn't a nerd.

But I was school captain, house captain, liturgy group, peer support leader, debating captain, library monitor, choir ... LMAO

Ridiculous amounts of extra-curricular stuff - but I never got really high marks and I wasn't part of the 'cool' 'cool' crowd but set the precedent for a Catholic girls' school having a Grand Final breakfast... ;)

So does that make me Claire from the Breakfast Club without the prom queen title?

GO PIES!

bunsen fails to apply himself
bunsen lacks concentration
bunsen is a bad influence on other students
bunsen is a delinquent

This is about how my report cards usually read. Teachers couldn't stand the sight of me. I had a few issues with authority to say the least. Was pretty good at sport, hung around the 'cool' group, and was quite well liked by fellow students. Was always 'naughty'. Just something that unfortunately always came natural to me.

Oh yes, after reading this, I might add that I was the biggest non-achiever in my year. Used to leave as soon as I arrived at interschool athletics/swimming carnivals, used to catch a bus home as soon as we arrived at school excursion destinations, never was a amember of any clubs, no extra-curricular activities.

I firmly fitted into the John Bender genre.

Buckley went to Salesian I think.

I actually didn't mind school. I loved the fact that I was lazy and I still played ones footy, got good marks and picked up all the Mandeville chicks at formals.

I was friends with pretty much every sociogroup within my year level. The 'School Captain' type but I was too quiet and unmotivated to be one ;) I always got told in my school reports that I was a good student but let too many clowns distract me. But thats just me - all my best friends are the extrovert type.

Bucks went to Salesian at Rupertswood (out near Sunbury).

Big difference to Salesian in Chaddy. :)

In terms of chasing guys - my friends and I were the queens of unicorn chasing. Honour the work, you Melbourne High guys... any of them here?

Sals boys deliberately vandalised a school bus in order for a year 10 social to be cancelled so we couldnt get to mix with the lovely sacred heart girls, who was our sister school no offence if any of them are here

mwahaha my lil bros(well almost) went/still go there and are always telling me how feral the sacred heart chix are and always trying to get out of the social things when they join with their sister school. Nicknames they came up with for them include Redknobbs and Fezznuts lol can't boys be cruel! I don't blame them though when i get the bus with them "girls" ew they need to ditch the feral red blazers, discover what a razor is and let those god damn hems down. They ALL seem to have red hair too which does not go with that red uniform!

In school well primary school i was the naughty tomboy, yr 7 the square/loner apparently just coz i didnt wanna mix with the private school bitches, yr8-9 the troublemaking little druggoe on the road to nowhere yr 10-12 was never there always off at training!

So I guess they made the correct assumption about your future eh? I can imagine the type of person you would have been.

Me. Well I was a southo, I assimilated with everyone. Wogs, Aussies, Asians whoever...except the Maltese chicken farmers who did very strange things.

I was also a class clown and always being kicked out. My finest moment being one morning in rollcall. My teacher at the time told me to grab my stuff out of the locker and leave the room.

I simply said "Sir its empty" and the whole class burst out in laughter. Don't know what was funny about it but it went down well. I suppose it helped with my teacher having this cut up face after I made my comment.

I went to a school here in Sydney similar to yours Ronnie. Did you have Wogs Vs Aussie in Soccer and footy?

Not at all, proved em wrong, passed my VCE, topped the classes in my tertiery studies, have a full time job and the rest of my mates who were dubbed no hopers are also doing a lot better out of school than the little sucks who got A+ for everything only based on the fact that they were in the main social group that everyone liked!

I was the quiet, nerdy type (good marks, definitely not cool, didn't speak a word to half the people who i went to school with for six years). Only had two regrets about my whole school time. 1 was to do with a girl. The other was that I was a pretty small kid up until year 11, when I had a pretty big growth spurt. At the same time as my growth spurt, this ****er who used to terrorise a whole bunch of non-cool kids at school was finally kicked out. I would really liked to have beaten the bejesus out of him. Actually, he still probably would have beaten me up, but atleast I would have known instead of wondering what if.....

Yeah but these little sucks who got A+ might be at UNI, poor etc but in a few years time they will have a decent job with a decent salary package with a view to promotion. While your still earning the same wage going no-where fast.

I was told once never pick on a geek too much as they will be paying your wage one day. ;)

From the age of 11-16 I was a nobody who did really well in lessons & passed loads of exams but then a funny thing happened after the summer break I came back & unknown to me something must have changed because for the next 2 years I became the school heart throb (to the 13-16 year old chicks anyway not to any of my own age) but to my eternal regret I did very little to take advantage of this situation instead I spent most of the final 2 years sitting in the forest smoking **** & pot & hating everyone & everything.

Now the boyish looks have gone forever.:(
