Waited to whole film to see when he'd appear and nothing happened.

Red Corner - started well and really got going but then Richard Gere must of had a word to the director and allowed himself to re-write the entire final courtroom scene whilst in search of a best actor Oscar for himself as it just became a Hollywood Gere-fest that seemed so clumsy, rushed and Americanised compared to the style of the rest of the film.

The Hundred Foot Journey - good little food movie with Helen Mirren. Pleasing watch and enjoyed it.
The Skeleton Twins - Kristen Wiig and Bill Hadar drama-comedy. Not a bad film but doesnt reach great heights at the same time. Seem to like kristen wiig movies, good actress for a comedian. Good to see Luke Wilson again as well, hadn't seen him in much last few years.

Two Days, One Night - 7/10.

People at this ladies job vote whether to get a bonus and have her sacked or keep her but get no bonus.

She goes around over the weekend asking them to vote for her job. Her dedication to staying off benefits would bring a tear to Abbott's eye.

It's interesting hearing people's reasons and getting a quick peek into their lives, particularly because they're Belgian and shit is a little different there, but it gets a bit repetitive in the middle before picking up strongly at the end.

Get a version with subs.

I, Origins

Interesting enough movie that really steps on the gas about half way through and then jolts its way to a finale.
Really liked it though even if not for all its parts. The key moments made it more than worthwhile. 7/10

Nightcrawler - pretty disturbing character gyllenhaal plays. went in not knowing what it was about (actually thought it was a cop show) so took a while to get into it. Probably found the subject to be too annoying (there probably are cameramen out there who film and dont help people) to like this movie.

Meh had some nice visuals but a big Meh.... Wasn't horrible but very very pointless film

Wouldn't mind seeing nightcrawler just have to find a cinema that shows it.

Goddamn Jake Gyllenhaal is one creepy ****er.

Pretty decent movie, a bold film, and sort of reminded me of American Psycho, but set a lot darker.

There were a few silly moments, a few moments that I thought were unrealistic. Also, just a personal preference of mine, but the film doesn't exactly give you any likable characters.

Eh. I feel that's the best way to describe it. Just eh. Looked good. VFX, costumes, production design. Shame they didn't put so much effort into the plot.

Joel Edgerton was quality. John Turturro smashed everyone else off the screen as usual. Sigourny Weaver had maybe one line. And Aaron Paul's role was "look at Moses".

I went in thinking that he committed the crimes himself (just the feel i got from the preview) so I was always kind of on edge waiting for him to step over the line and do something so he could film it. Its annoying going in to movies with a preconceived idea of what happens, somebody gave me a false spoiler of hone girl and it nearly ruined it for me
