ASADA was advising people like the ACCC and the ABC that AOD was not banned until March this year. WADA came out and said yes it is. Since then ASADA has said nothing about it at all.

If ASADA has advised Essendon it was legal originally when they asked the question in 2012 and now is planning to ban players they advised this to, you would be able to see the size of the lawsuits involved from space.

They will be nearly as big as the ones Essendon could potentially face from their own players if it's found that they were injecting them with drugs not approved for human use, this shit fight wont be over for years.
