When are Freo going to appoint a senior coach?

I can understand that clubs try and innovate, and we are seeing that with Collingwood sending players to Arizona.

As such, I can see that Freo were trying to get an edge on the competition by having a consensus approach to team management after Chris Scott left.

But in reality the temporary role of Mark Harvey as co-ordinator isn't working. Freo were able to sneak a few wins at the start of the season on the back of Scott's methods - but as teams adapted the lack of direction and changes a senior coach would provide has left Freo with the inevitable mire they find themsleves in and the likelihood of not achieving their ultimate goal - two finals series in a row.

Personally, I just don't see it as appropriate to not have a senior coach for the whole season - I don't think they should wait until next year - they should get on this ASAP.

Can anyone suggest available candidates?

how true you are, they have been very quiet, very happy down on their own board but very few on here, typical of the type of club they are just no culture. will be interesting to see how many are left in the stands this week by half time if the floggers are being pumped. against st failure the flogger supporters were gone by 3/4time and then did you hear them call 6pr calling for the head of the coach and calling their players pea hearts what passion!!
