Yeah normally if you are sent to jail you go straight in.

My guess would be we are appealing the result in which case he would be released on bail regardless of the ruling.

It depends on whether you were in custody our not before the hearing.

If you weren't in custody (no bail etc) then usually you don't go straight to gaol, you get a few days to organise your affairs before you go in. The same would go for Marley, even if he is given a custodial sentence today he won't go in tomorrow, he would be given a "report date" where he has to turn up at a police station or the prison itself.

The boys may still have a hangover by Friday if Marley gets jail time. Massive party tonight to send him off.... Not that it's really party worthy
