I'll take that. We are still 1-2 years away from tearing the competition apart.

I think 5-6th given a good run with injuries.

The WA sides have a real home advantage over us and our draw sees us play Coll, Carl twice.

Not in the top 4. If we are lucky we might get a home final against a WA side.

The bye in the last round is not kind to us - would not be surprised to see us sitting 3rd or 4th after Rd 21 only to drop to 5th or 6th after Rd22.

Hard to tell - there are still 13 more games including Carlton, Collingwood, Geelong, Hawks & both the WA teams in WA. Theres 6 we are going to struggle to win, but if we can pinch 1 or 2 of them and not lose to many we shouldn't then 5th is likely

I think 6th to 8th would be about right. Still a few K P players short of a top 4 spot.

Carlton have improved over the past month and I think along with Hawthorn will shade us on the run home.

If we get a home final, with a bit of luck I think we can make it to 2nd week of the finals.

Capable of beating good teams like Carlton or Hawthron on a good day, still vunerable to teams 5th to 10th, so its fun but every game is never a certainty with Essendon.

Enjoying the improvement though, and many good players on which to build a serious challenger in the near future.

Probably 5th-6th now. Dreamtime was very important as it would've put us clear third before the bye and third on percentage after the bye. We'll probably be 7th after this week and deep in the chasing pack.

The next three games will tell us a lot. Will we find a bit of spark and energy coming out of the bye or will we hit the wall? Our draw on after that is pretty tough, especially between rounds 14 and 22, so if we don't win 2/3 we are a big chance to miss the 8.

I reckon we'll get 6th though. But that might just be me wanting a home final!
