Honestly we have about two good players going inside 50 this year in Stephen Hill and David Mundy, and they weren't exactly dominating our I-50 counts at any point this year.

It's because Pav only had one chance now. He needs to time his run perfectly. The only chance he has is leading straight at the ball carrier, it they don't hit him up, he's out. No agility, can still clunk em but has no agility. It's often why you see him mark to ball so far up the ground, he just doesn't haven it in him to beat his opponent from repeat leads. Imo this is why Freo are/were chasing a second forward. Pavs kicking inside 50 is great but it's hard when you're kicking to Walters/Mayne/Ballantine. This is why Fyfe will play behind Pav, problem is Fyfes kicking is not the greatest and the need him in the middle. If they can open it up enough for him to mark closer to goal could be a weapon.

Personally I have a lot of respect for Pav going on, I think it's only because the club needs him that he's doing it. The Man is a legend
