Slough in Berkshire is full of buildings like that, John Betjeman wrote a poem about it saying he wanted it bombed. It was the perfect setting for The Office. Ironically the vagaries of the Royal Mail means the Windsor has a Slough postcode.You want ugly, I give you Campbell Park offices in the ACT.
