If the Roos retain their list, which isnt a given, they will be a strong team in a couple of years. At the moment they seem directionless because they just dont have the leaders.

The problem will be if someone like Sheezel decides to go to an improving lower team who can offer the same money as the Roos, but are on the way up. Or a top team decides to farm a ton of cash to him after a couple of older players retire.
