I think it'll be closer than people think.

Grey-haired Liberal voters aren't dying out nearly fast enough and they'll continue to be an increasingly large drain on the public purse as their health deteriorates, but they still refuse to give up all the middle-class welfare they've been handed over the years.

The LNP certainly sold the Labor government a shit sandwich in terms of the economy, but Labor themselves have refused to kick even the simplest of peak Josh Jenkins Adelaide Crows Joe The Goose Goals, instead deciding to be a centre-right congaline of suckholes without any clear decisive action or policy to fix the fundamental issues in Australian society - and in some cases instead decide to contribute to them massively.

Also Albo is a pencil dick.
