who is the next Priddis ???

Dyson won't be an inside mid. he'll probably play wing (no access to centre bounces = less stats)
he might be this year's version of Foley (just not quite as good)

To be honest I don't think there will be another Priddis come from nowhere this year, but it wouldn't suprise me to see Barlow do some big things this year, or Trav Tuck if he can cement a spot for himself in Muston's absence.

If anyone I think it'll be Houli, but just to throw another name out there: J.McNamara - has shown v.good stat potential in the WAFL last season, impressed last year for a 1st year player, similar to Priddis was elevated of the rookie list in his 1st year at the club and promoted for the next season and is an inside mid (as Tippaz says access to centre bounces = more stats).

please give a reason if you are going to pick one. i cannot decide as i cannot find a reason to pick one instead of the other. dyson sounds like a better player is the best ive got
some say dyson will play on wing which i think is better as seems more secure position at essendon than in the midfield. easier for young'ns

I am think Simon Buckley is going to have a good season his preseason form was outstanding.
Another is Albert Proud although he won't be the high posy getting machine that Priddis was he will play most games for Brisbane and do well. Was perhaps their best player in the preseason.
P.S What was better? picking Priddis for your 07 DT from the very first game or picking Shane Tuck from the start of the season for your team in 05?

Priddis is a every once in a while gem same goes for J. Selwood trying to find players who will replicate their 07's this year will make you go mad!!!
Best bets though would probs be prismall if he can stay in the team and maybe masten, palmer or bird

Depending on how he goes, Palmer should get the game time in Haslebys absence and the lack of quality midfielders at Freo. The potential is there, considering his U18 carnival with an avg of 32 touches and 3 goals a game.

dyson before houli... dyson has played nearly 50 games and houli only 2 or so. Dyson will get alot more game time with knights as coach this year. I wouldnt get schammer purely cos i dont like the guy

Any reason you wouldn't get both??? How does everyone feel about Kennelly this year coming off his knee problems??? he was carving it up before he hurt his knee...
Also what does eveyone think about N Thompson?? Bargain pick for the Kanga's but is he worth the risk?
