As an outsider (so based on limited viewing/knowledge of these teams) this is how it appears to me:
Adelaide - really tough one...I'd go for Hart
Brisbane - Hard to go past Voss as the one who has constantly battled on for the team, and is well noted for this very reason
Carlton - huge list turnover means there are very few long-history players to make this call on. Possibly Lappin?
Essendon - Peverill
Fremantle - Bell or perhaps Carr
Geelong - Riccardi
Hawthorn - Vandenberg and I rate Lekkas as one who works hard for the team
Kangaroos - Harvey (B), Archer
Melbourne - Yze
Port - James, Francou
Richmond - Bowden
St Kilda - Hard to go past Harvey
Sydney - Mathews
West Coast - Braun, Banfield
Bulldogs - Probably Smith...
