Looking at the list, I am not sure who we will be cutting at the end of the year..

Dane Rampe 100% elevated at years end

Retire:

Mattner
Bolton
LRT (Think he should retire even though he's contracted I beleive)

Delist:

Cunningham?
Walsh?
J.White?
Everitt?
A.Brown?
Morton?

The upcoming draft has plenty of guns that we need to top up our list so we would need at least 4-5 players
to move on, Rampe is already elevated so atleast 4 players to move on..

Who does everyone think we will be moving on by delisting or retirements.

Far too early to consider who might be delisted. Andrejs Everitt would have been at the top of many people's list to delist a month ago and now look where he is.

Tommy Walsh has another year left on his contract.

Regardless of pick number, every club must make a minimum of 3 selections (rookie elevation can count as 1 I believe. So with Mattner's retirement we must move at least 2 more players on - it may be more but that's the league minimum.

Why should LRT retire?

Would've thought they'll find a way to shed 3 without too much drama.

Especially since Mattner retired, while Bolton is likely to retire. Then there's players like White and maybe even a Lamb type who could go seeking opportunities elsewhere. A few rookies will be shed. Maybe someone in the best 22 might want to go back to home.

I dont understand why there is so much disdain for Walsh here. Dont people realise that he is a project player and he was never going to just come in and dominate? He has improved out of site this season and I think that is shown in his reserves performances and his first quarter against the Bombers he showed enough to say there was improvement. We will keep him on the list because once the likes of LRT, Richards move on he will slot straight in and have plenty of experience under his belt.
Look at Pyke he is now 28 or 29 and only now is he playing to his ability.

Most likely just going home to recuperate, get his mind off the dissapontment etc..
Dont really want to think about who we're losing but we sure do have quite a few rookies
that we probably don't want to lose.
