completely unsubstantiated comment.
When Craig was sacked by Adelaide there was a lot of comments in the press and discussions regarding Craig's training methods. You might like to visit some of the big footy boards in regards to Craig's time at Adelaide that clearly talk about this as being an issue. Caroline Wilson also spoke about it on radio this week on 3AW and the belief that this had happened when talking about Craig.

Yeah. I'm sure he will completely ignore what he learned from that and will make the exact same mistake again. Amirite?

You would hope so, but for the comment to be made by another poster to which I was replying to that said .......no one can question what Craig brings to the fitness of a team......is not correct given the criticism and the perception held by others including football journos etc.

The best predictor of future behaviour is past behaviour. As such, the interview would definitely be the prized piece of recruitment information. The personality test would more than likely just integrate with and add weight to that info, rather than being the sole driver.

Your first sentence, Haso, is exactly my point. I see it as contradictory to your second sentence. The prized piece of recruitment information is Tudor's record, not how well he presents for an interview.

I was thinking more behavioural interviewing, which is meant to access past behaviour with the candidates understanding of why what they did was good, integrated by the panel with the experience on their resume.

I did understand what you were saying Grim, and was agreeing with you.

I just don't want Craig as a match day coach....If a director of coaching focuses more on match preparation etc I COULD live with that. No doubt Craig has some exceptional qualities, and we just need to make a role for him that suits...if we get him of coarse

The way the Hawks are travelling (missing too many set shots at goal ) we may be in with a chance of snaring Clarkson ;)

What good would he be to us ??? He can't beat Geelong. Although if he took us over, Geelong has only beaten us once in a row! He would virtually start with a clean slate against the Cats.
