The legendary Phil Bradmore.

Lived in my street as a boarder at a family friend's house. One of many great key forwards of the late 70s early 80s that remind me of the tall forwards of this era. Not good enough for seniors but great in the twos - take Beaser, Templeton and Grant out and we have been littered with Bradmores over the last 30 years!

The legendary Phil Bradmore.

Bradmore had his 5 mins of fame. I am the proud owner of the original Age Sport Pic of the Year...can't recall exactly which year, which has Jock Edmond, Curly Austin, Phil Bradmore and Woofa Perovic all in a line, all in a crouching position, all expecting a ball to land in their lap. Edmond had the front "seat" (well it looks like they are all about to sit down!) and took the grab. The Age photographer was the hubby of a friend of my partners, and when they split, I ended up with the framed original, iirc, in exchange for a horse saddle we no longer needed. I'd scan it and post, but it's too bloody big, but is a fantastic frozen moment!

hooroo....

A bit late getting this one up tonight but image number 4 is here
Can you name all the players? Again it should be easy:)

Photo no 5 is a bit of a mystery to me, I took it at a reserve game at Whitten Oval.

I'll try and work out a year but the rest will be your guess is as good as mine so we'll have to take a general consensus on this one.

Good luck with this one

Just a guess I was wondering if the 2 bulldog from the left was a young Neil Cordy and maybe the 3rd one was one of the Berry's

Reckon the young kid on the left is a kid named Peter Macdonald.

That would make the game around 1986 or 1987.

Peter never played senior footy but played around 18-20 resevers games when still eligible for the u19's. He was a year younger than me and I was too fat to get an invite.

I moved interstate early 1986, so if your sure about the years it won't be him.
I'll let this one run to mid week them we'll try another:thumbsu:
