Seriously though you're right in that it's risky gambling, I'd never put more than a few bucks on it but it does make the game just that little bit more interesting if you're a neutral supporter like me.

Another fun thing to do is the Norm Smith drinking game....

(1) Write all the players' name on pieces of paper and get each of your mates to pick one out of a hat.

(2) Make up a big bowl of potent punch.

(3) For every possession your player gets, you have to scull a cup of punch.

(4) For every behind, 2 cups, for every goal 3 cups.

(5) Whoever picks the NSM has to scull the remaining punch in the bowl at the end of the game.

My smokey is Copeland at $121, I reckon he is up for the game of his life.

From Collingwood, it has to be Buckley and the smokey for the Pies would be Lonie.

If I was a betting man, it would be all on Power, he has been sensational all year, and this would cap it off.
