Importantly (to some) I have no agenda. No need for legacy.

Expansion? Don't care. If I'm the Admin, the committee decides. If it's 6-6, they can debate until they're 7-5. I'll give guidance, and if FORCED make a call. But in essence, it's up to the committee to make a call. Sound fair?

I'd basically be a facilitator. No autocrat, or dictator.

My point was the committee made the call on expansion and voted it down, if anything the fact Ant Bear 'went rogue' but it still didn't go through underlines the existing strength of the committee. Your revolutionary proposal to allow them to continue to have that power isn't really groundbreaking.

As I started by saying (which you then denied) what you're proposing is essentially continuing the status quo of an admin who passes the buck to the committee instead of doing the heavy lifting and coming up with some good policy decisions themselves.
