Will the AFL site survive Thursday's Rush

i finish work 2 hours and 10 mins before lockout, and as it takes 15 mins to get home ill be able to look at Saturdays teams. Of the 6 teams playing on saturday im interested in the line-ups of 5, but even if one of my rookies isnt starting ill probably leave it.

I don't think there'll be too many problems this year TBH. After what happened last year, and with what happened to the NRL DT site just a week or so ago, you'd think they'd take all available measures to ensure the DT site runs smoothly. Having said that, I think I'm gonna back my judgement regarding my team, so I won't be too phased if a player isn't named (well, I hope I won't be anyway). My only query is who to name my backline emergency.

Best case scenario is that coaches come out during the week and state the new players about to debut this week. Malthouse is actually a ripper for this - loves his press conferences for introducing new players.

I've already set captains and emergencies from what I percieve the teams will look like, so I'll be only logging on if what I think is a dead cert misses out.

But surely if it worth the risk. The wrost case scenario now isnt losing your side, its now going back to your original side before the teams came out. Which is what you purely believe and is gut feeling meaning it may be even better for you.

The only thing im considering is downgrading Otten > Beams and than using the money elsewhere or keeping it in the kitty.

Lol yeah I made a few before lockout. I was about to put Nicoski in for Ellis but was saved by the lag. I did manage to get Didak in for Monfries though.

Last year I was devo when I found out I had Didak in my team after lockout instead of cloke, turns out it was a very good inclusion!

Whats the most frustrating thing is most coaches will know who is in the 22 already so there is no need to wait til then to say it but they do. Hows this from malthouse.
