Sorta to both I guess, really we are more on the South Coast of Sweet

initial name pick was to link up with the Eagles and their forum. That link doesn't exist.

As seasons progressed, we referenced West Coast less and less and to the point where the Wonders stood above as the name for our club. In an effort also to not appear AFL-aligned, not that we ever were but naturally it didn’t help that early players like Kerrby, Kerr4PM and EKA were all Eagles fans, it’s time to venture into the new world.

Think of it this way, it’s like when Baghdad changed to the Bandits except for the fact that we haven’t actually changed our identity completely and we’ve also done it well unlike that debacle.

Strange choice of name is an interesting observation for a club you refer to as the Wonders solely, regularly and often now calling themselves Wonders FFC.

It was inspired to be but from at least way back when I started, it was clear that we weren’t West Coast aligned and hadn’t been for seasons.

In contrast, Furies used to have their Team Thread on the Richmond board. Chance the Roys did too on the Fitzroy board. That was alignment - yet we never went down that path.

West Coast Magic also existed in the league, they may have been aligned moreso, I’m not sure.

Mobbs has done some pretty excellent work to recreate it in minecraft. You can explore it through images https://www.bigfooty.com/forum/threads/sweet-real-estate-guide-minecraft.1266925/.

You'll be able to find the colosseum in the suburb of Rasasidge and the town of Bainlea in regional hindealla -> yuana, though some of the bainlea images hasn't been updated since we bought the Wonders Retreat alive and I've just mysteriously added a training oval down near the river which is definitely not there.
