The BBL needs coloured pants for away teams and black for home. Sad, I know, but in the above instance it's necessary.

It gets me annoyed too, home team should wear same coloured pants as the shirt and away stay in the black.

It doesn’t matter but it would be easier on the eye.

The Nike kits have been terrible for that. There were so many uniform clashes last season. They've changed some this year, i.e. Renegades have a darker red but the Strikers' kit is unchanged I believe.

Up until a few years ago (or maybe even just last year) the Strikers always wore blue pants. Not sure why we decided to change, perhaps someone trying to get consistency across the league. I couldn't count the amount of times I've scrolled to a highlights clip and just assumed it was the Heat.

I think it's been getting lighter over the years, although that might just be the white splatter they've got going now

It's a crime that they've moved away from that shade of blue.
