What next? The hate to the ground was rusted... Plus one of the light gloves was LED and the rest incandescent, the boundary line was 3cm in more than normal and one of the water bottles wouldn't spurt out water properly so the guys were a little dehydrated...

Ha ha and here is the brains trust behind Parkside. Once again the all knowing almighty isackedsheppa has a say, interesting comment especially from you, who are these players you speak of ? And if it be know I know of 4 current West players that your coach and captain have called to go and play there. Just worry about the few you have at your club and good luck in Div 1.

Love the banter of those who know SFA. From what I hear West have recruited decent enough to be competitive again. Yes the ground isn't the best but it's a ground and doesn't get the attention all new sides in Comp get. And the " coach " shafting another ? Well that's a story for the times and for the ignorant. Yes this is a site for local football, how about talk about that instead of the dribble you posted.

Don't know the bloke personally...but people and players i know at Wests say he's a fantastic bloke

Didn't a few players swap from Parks to Wests with Orchard the other year..and with the mass exodus this year after a flag..might be problems behind the scenes!!...it would be a tragic If Parkside pull the Pin...Been an Amazing club in the Wrfl.Fingers crossed for them!!!

My tip for Div 2....North Footscray...picked up some real class.I think Wests will be very good but 2 many Ego's and big names will be there demise..Wydhamvale are always around the mark aswell Carn the Eagles!!

I agree with you there about West & North. They are the teams to beat, especially West I believe.

Anyone got any news out of Yarraville. Few leaving but also a few ins. Surely they will be around the mark. Thoughts?

Yeah im not to sure...I live around the corner and have taken a bit of a liking to Yarraville..since they are my local....Its a great old ground to watch the footy at...The Old Grand Stand and the Electronic Score Board is gold

Yeh absolutely agree...North Sunshine have done well holding the club together..thought it would be them pulling the pin well b4 Sunshine Heights....Does make it hard in older areas,especially with so many clubs so close together and to keep bringing in players with so little juniors...might have to be a merge somewhere down the line...
