Disappointing but not surprising. Australian racing isn't strong delthwise at 1600m+ which is sad. But it's been this way for 10 to 12 yrs.

Not really, the KC3 stakes has killed it, My Oberon, Ceolwolf, Fangirl would all run if they weren't backing up after that race.
Then you would have a real quality race, unfortunately like it or not, V'Landy's is winning the battle of money over prestige.

Ceolwulf the only one of them you would want though. As it stands we have a real quality race. It's just not filled out with B grade horses for more numbers

I have no awareness of this side of the town.. like at all.

Junction Club in Moonee Ponds.

Always start there before heading to the track, which is only a 5 minute walk.
