You say most and then you list 4?
Got a source that it's more than that?

Also, I didn't hit the quote button on it but your "I'm glad Triple H's NXT torn apart" thing is so ridiculous. NXT under Hunter was widely considered the best wrestling you could find, not just the matches but the storytelling as well.
I get I'm in the minority, but I absolutely hated Triple H's NXT, he pushed guys with mostly good in-ring skills, yet they for the most part had no personality. Yet hardcore fans will complain when charisma vacuums like Ricochet, Dominik Dijakovic, Andrade etc. don't get pushed. Don't get me started on guys like Gargano who is possibly my least favourite wrestler of the last 5 years.

The sooner they phase out guys like Gargano, Ciampa, Dunne, Strong and O'Reilly and continue to move forward with a more character oriented TV show over the workrate oriented show the better. I'm tired of the mini indie fed garbage.

Well looks like the alliance of Bruce/ace and Bucky beaver have won

Hhh booked the best wrestling this company arguably ever done

Gargano/ko/zayn will leave soon as well

Yep. And I don't like Paul and found him painfully overrated and overexposed as a wrestler but NXT was quality. People calling it 'Indy shit' are ignorant tools. It was the most soundly booked promotion that existed yes I'd say even more so than New Japan and AEW whilst ok is not on the level NXT was 2015 to early 2019.

Could make a decent women's division out of the talent they've released over the last 2 years - Sarah Logan, Deonna Purrazzo, Tay Conti, Serena Deeb, Kairi Sane, Jazzy Gabert, Mercedes Martinez, Billie Kay, Peyton Royce, Chelsea Green, Mickie James, Ruby Riott, Santana Garrett, Mia Yim, Ember Moon and Scarlett Bordeaux.

Kairi hasn't been released. She's (unfortunately) a WWE Ambassador in Japan.

If there was no Hunter NXT/Takeovers there is no AEW. Say what you want about him but he can book wrestling well.
Problem always was that the NXT talent would get “promoted”(laughable) to the main roster and get destroyed mostly.

HHH with his NXT vision for wrestling was the best thing for wrestling since the attitude era.

People forget the early nxt days that gave us Rollins Big E etc and don’t forget the original take over match Cesaro vs Zayn.

If Vince died 5 years ago and HHH took over WWE would be untouchable the in ring work would have been awesome but the story telling to go with it.

Austin Rock HBK Hitman were never huge in size but provided some of the best in ring or story telling matches in history.

You can take your Strowmans, Mahals, Rykers etc and give me Cole Ciampa KOR Ricochet etc in the ring any day of the week.

HHH NXT in ring quality with WWE presentation / world wide image and we may have had an attitude era / Monday night war type quality fight with AEW.

I mean this says it all really.
Gargano is one of the best sympathetic babyfaces I've ever seen.
His and Ciampa's feud is one of the best rivalries in the WWE in the last decade, comfortably.
AEW is showing already that Andrade isn't a charisma vacuum at all.

NXT 2014-2019 was ****ing brilliant, consistently.
Takeovers were all must watch.

I remember the first thing that got me into NXT was seeing Finn's entrance when he and KENTA went against The Ascension (another victim of main roster):

The KO/Sami storyline about to heat up, Bayler's road to Brooklyn. Just such a great time for wrestling.

Still can’t comprehend how they could release Lee and Kross in particular yet still have the likes of Drake Maverick , Towaza, Ryker , Mahal and Elias.

The brand split is surely coming to an end sooner than later? I mean on Raw you have what Rollins and Lashley as legit the only two top level heels without a decent mid card heel?

Smackdown is light on for top faces to battle Reigns all signs are pointing towards the end of the brand split sooner than later?

They are promoting Veer with vignettes on Raw. Like what the hell? If you qsk me to choose one of Veer, Kross or Keith Lee, I would never choose Veer.

I feel like Keith Lee V Roman and Kross V Big E would have been some terrific matches. Just like Samoa Joe, they were severely underutilised.

Thing is I actually liked NXT until about half way through 2015 after Owens got fully called up to the main roster, it was developmental as it should be, which was also right before they went all out and signed a bunch of big names from the indies. You still had some great guys back in 2014-2015 who were charismatic and had personality, they still had great characters and the 1 hour format suited it perfectly.

Started going to shit for me in 2016 after Nakamura arrived honestly.

What do you mean before they signed a bunch of big names from the indies?
Sami, KO, Rollins, Neville, Hideo, Joe, Finn, Chris Hero weren't well known before joining?

I meant before they turned it into a glorified indie fed, yeah they had those guys but they still had a huge mix of green developmental guys straight from the PC and guys who were in FCW at the time, it slowly moved away from that to being mostly occupied by indie guys.

All Triple H did was soak up talent from ROH and PWG and emulate the styles employed by those indies. He just added a more TV-ready presentation and gave it to a mainstream audience. The purpose of NXT seemed to be to kill the indies so that WWE could also get the smart wrestling fan audience without needing to compromise Vince's main product and mainstream-oriented ambitions. Take all the talent from those independent promotions and do what they were doing so there's no way for them to exist.

But now Vince has decided that is not needed or wanted, perhaps because AEW has come along to take that audience regardless and provides a viable, well-paying alternative for workers who may not want to toil away on a 'C' show. Meanwhile, the original stated purpose of NXT as a developmental fed had completely fallen by the wayside and the WWE has had no new stars coming through.

Well said. One of the draws of the ‘original’ NXT was it was a very different product to the Main Roster and NXT Takeovers were fantastic events. A well booked and well wrestled promotion in its own right. WWE really has a stink about it at the moment and I tend to believe the rumors that they are getting ready to sell.
