Context would be important here. Suggest it's an expression of support for Lebanon's government and their army, when Hezbollah is neutralized and to address 'Greater Israel' rumours.
I don't think Lebanon's sovereignty is under threat.

That puts a lot of pressure on the Lebanese government.
If the legitimate government of Lebanon were to seize the opportunity now and step in, it shouldn't be too difficult, given Hezbollah's significantly if not catastrophically weakened, to gather up what's left and absorb them in to the country's regular defence force.
Iran this far looks like they're going to do .. absolutely nothing to get in the way.
As I’ve stated many times - Iran will attack Israel and Russia will also support Iran when Israel attacks them.
We’re just in a holding pattern atm.

Gaza's been getting smashed for a year, Hezbollah just got totally owned and the Houthis now are taking some very heavy hits.
What's the hold up?

Well, could be the US elections which are pretty close and also that Iran has nfi yet whether or not Israel has managed to penetrate their tech.
Allegedly, the IDF hacked in to the airport control tower in Beirut with a cargo plane from Tehran turned around.
Rumours of another helicopter crash with a Houthi head on it, they might have to start thinking about where they've been getting their chopper parts from.
we'll see thing start to heat up for the upcoming election
