Melbourne yoke this year a lot more darker than previous, is that correct?

I hadn't finished Melbourne.
Now I have.
I used a lighter shade of Navy & Red based on the RGB values of the dyes referenced in the artwork from Belgravia.
So I believe they are now as accurate as possible, though different monitors will show them differently.

Officially Melbourne are PMS 289 Navy Blue and PMS 186 Red
I have used the RGB values in Illustrator for those Pantone colours.

Not sure how accurate you are looking for sponsors year to year, or if it's just the jumper design you are updating with sponsors extra.

Few changes needed to Melbournes home sets:

1999 - CCC logo under collar, not yoke
2012 - orange/red Webjet block on front, Opel on back
2013 - MFC monogram watermark at centre same as 2014
2015/16 - AHG as is front and back
2017/18 - iSelect on back from round 4 2017, blank for first 3 rounds
2018 - Zurich front, iSelect back
2019/20/21 - dark blue Zurich, Jaguar on back
2022 - lighter blue Zurich, gold AFL logo
2023 - lighter blue Zurich, IG under collar, Jaguar wording only
2024 - missing monogram

All Melbourne pages have now been updated to the Sponsor version of jumpers.

And so we move on to the next team

Any idea why this collingwood heritage is missing a stripe? 1721805514915.png

If I remember rightly Collingwood were unhappy with the thinness of the 2 stripes (as in the group photo) so insisted on getting a third stripe added to salvage the situation somewhat

My understanding was the instruction was to replicate 'The Machine' 1927 jumpers but apparently no-one looked at the pics to see what it looked like

What Collingwood were going for, but got braces instead of stripes

It’s funny, this is how their home jumper looks to me, at least from the front. Would just need some shoulder panels and the top half of the back to be solid black and it’d look like the jumper of a smaller player like Bobby Hill where the front and back white stripes meet at the side.

Speaking of cover-ups. Just getting in early for Richmond 2000!

It wasn't foolproof for Joel though...

He should have tried the David Bourke method.

And note the collar – still preferred by most of the players up until the halfway point of the season!
It was a clown show, but this is how I handled the Richmond 2000 jumper situation.

There is one guy, second row from the bottom, with a black middle stripe instead of the white everyone else. Almost looks like he has T Shirt sleeves, wonder what the go is there.
