Just saw a quick update on the CFC facebook I thought I'd share.

It's 10 degrees in Melbourne. Rain is falling. The boys have got the week off. But one man trains alone on Visy Park. The skipper. Who else?

Seriously, absolute champion.

Little disappointed the rest of the team isn't there though.

As for the bold part, I think its better to suffer a little directly after the bye then to burn the players out before Finals. .. Although you do want to strike a balance. .. Its a bit different for us as well going from a Monday to a Friday with a bye in the middle, is only a few days extra. ..
