youre a ****ing w***er ****!!! Grrr you mad?

The offended from Collyflogs is strong.
They have no defence against the GF failure and they know that 4 flags in 75 years just makes them an average club. Not really a big 4 team in success really over the last 30-40 years

But They got to 50 Grand Finals in that period.

Thread needs a poll by the way :thumbsu:

Well start one.

But I continue with the series.

Great Collingwood losing GF players - Chris Tarrant

Chris was born in 1980 and is now 30 years of age.

Chris represents the new era of GF fail. i could have chosen Neon Leon but Neon's too easy and Chris really falls into the poor ba-----d quality as his time for more GF fail is fast running out.

Chris was drafted in 1997 at number 8 and between 1998 to 2006 played 161 games for the woods. He was also leading goalscorer for Collingwood between 2001 to 2005.

Chris's first episode of GF fail happened in 2002 when he went goalless, despite being leading goalscorer for the Woods in that year. Brisbane ripped him a new one.

He batted on and the next year, 2003, Brisbane again ripped Collingwood a new one, Tarrant again was leading goalscorer and scored 1.2 goals in the game. Big game Chris he wasn't.

The GF fail seemed to get to him as he bumbled along after 2003 and in 2006, wracked by GF fail, he got involved in an offfield incident for which he was fined 5 grand. Between 2004 - 2006, in a case of GF fail overdose, Collingwood got to position 13, 15th and 5th being knocked out in the elimination final at the MCG by the Dogs who had finished 8th.

Chris in an effort to get rid of the GF fail went to Fremantle in his finest hour. In the trade to Fremantle, Collingwood of course fleeced Fremantle getting Medhurst, and pick 8 for Chris. Chris had contributed to the Collingwood football club again courtesy of Femantle's largesse.

Chris went to Fremantle in 2007, got into the obligatory off field drama for which he got suspended but still played 72 games for the Dockers between 2007 -2010. During this time Chris after failing as a forward became a good defender. The dockers meanwhile won nothing and that GF fail hurt badly.

At the end of 2010, decided to go back to Collingwood for a premiership, after the Woods had ended their GF fail in 2010, with even Neon Leon getting something.

Collingwood of course killed Fremantle in the trade and Chris came back and in 2011 played 23 games as a defender.

However the stain of GF fail continued when Geelong ripped Collingwood a new one and Chris lost his third GF for Collingwood.

Chris has been shown to be a bigtime GF player for Collingwood getting 31 possessions in 3 GFs and scoring 1.5 in those games.

Maybe fate will deal with Chris nicely, but then again.....

Oh the premiership's a cakewalk......

Let's look at the raw data on the Collingwood GF fail:

The record of Collingwood in GFs from 1901 is as follows:

v Ess

Won 2 ( last in 1990), lost 2 (last in 1911)

v Fitzroy

won 2 (last in 1917), lost 2 ( last in 1922)

v Carl

won 1 ( last in 1910) lost 5( 4 after 1937)

v SM

won 2 (last in 1936), lost 1 (last in 1918)

v Richmond

Won 4 ( last in 1929), lost 2 (last in 1980)

v Geelong

Won 2 (last in 1953), lost 4 ( 3 after 1937)

v Melbourne

Won 1 (in 1958), lost 6 (5 after 1937)

v St Kilda

Won 1 (2010), drew 1 (2010) and lost 1 (1966)

v NM

Drew 1 (1977) and lost 1 (1977)

v BB

Lost 2 (2002-3)

So they have a positive record only against richmond and South Melbourne, courtesy of their great team of the 20 and 30s, have a drawn number with Ess, Fitzroy and St Kilda and have been mutilated in GFs by Carlton, Geelong, Melbourne and are in the negative against Brisbane and North Melbourne.

Come on Bulldogs and Hawthorn don't you feel left out.

Oh the premiership's a cakewalk.

I did find one photo of a man in a Collingwood guernsey in a GF lifting the premiership cup:

But wait........

The thread needed more pictures of Collingwood GF losing pain.

Here Mick, wise enough to accept that with collingwood GFs comes a loss chatting to FIGJAM. The pain is all too obvious.

Ah Mick, do you still the pain as badly as FIGJAM feltit.

But alas it doesn't matter what Collingwood do mid season because we all know if they made the GF next year they would still lose.

Mick get a nice comfy pillow as there's plenty of pain still.

Here's some more Collingwood GF loss pain.

Let me present Ray Shaw, father of Heath and Rhyce. Ray had a miserable 70s and it shows:
