Versatile performer, look at what he was doing through the 80's and yes that song was in my 50-1 sings it so well
He got signed up to a major label album deal in the 80s with them expecting Neil would roll out more radio friendly Harvest style albums.
Then he produced a metal album Weld in the early 80s that flopped commercially and got him in a shitfight with the music label he was on.
When he got free of all that bullshit he released this song which was a big FU to the commercialisation of 80s music.
