With the 2017 AFL ladder now finalised with Richmond’s shock Grand Final win, the attention of the footy world now turns to the trade period and the draft.
As always the order reflects the reverse ladder positions, with Brisbane in possession of the number one draft pick. The identity of the young gun who will be chosen with that pick remains up in the air, with Cam Rayner, Paddy Dow and Luke Davies-Uniacke among the possibilities.
Here is the current order heading into trade period. Note that GWS were penalised a first round pick over the Lachie Whitfield affair.
