Brisbane pulled no surprises in picking dynamic mid/forward Cam Rayner with the prized number 1 pick, but Fremantle threw an early spanner in the works by picking Andrew Brayshaw with pick two. This allowed inside mid Luke Davies-Uniacke to fall to North Melbourne’s pick four.
