1. Tim Kelly is the real deal. Currently takes too many risks with the ball and is second in the league for turnovers but his impact on games is undeniable.
2. Who said the game needs fixing? Saturday’s day of footy with four results all decided by less than four points was one of the best in years.
The Hawks and the Bombers put on a brilliant show at the 'G!

3. Cam Rayner will never make that mistake again. He might have cost his side the win by rushing his shot and snapping when he should have kicked straight but the young Lion is absurdly talented and will be winning plenty more games off his own boot.

4. The Showdown is the most reliably good game of footy each year outside of the Grand Final.
5. Won’t be long before the Bulldogs are climbing back up the ladder again. Unearthed plenty of talent this year and in the Bont they have a bonafide superstar. Four goals in the last quarter, not many mids can do that.

6. Swans are always a chance as long as they have Buddy. 6.4 against the Pies. Feel sorry for the debutant Jack Magden who was matched up on him for most of the night.
7. The Giants have found another one in Aiden Bonar.

8. Melbourne are back in the top four again. Sunday’s game at the G against the Swans will be a cracker.
9. Andrew Gaff might have played his last game in blue and yellow. His strike on Andrew Brayshaw will probably see him banned for the end of the season and finals. After that he could be seeking a change of scenery via free agency.
