Collingwood Football Club is excited to announce that Harvey Harrison and Harry DeMattia have signed two-year contract extensions, securing their places in the black and white until the end of 2027.

Harvey Harrison, a South Australian talent selected with Pick 52 in the 2021 National Draft, has made a strong impression since making his AFL debut in Round 12, 2023. In just 16 games, Harrison has become a key contributor to Collingwood’s forward line, kicking 14 goals, including a standout performance with three majors against Melbourne in Round 13 last season.

Harry DeMattia, picked at No. 25 in the 2023 National Draft, is preparing for his second year at the Club. At just 19, he brings a wealth of leadership experience, having co-captained the Vic Country Under-18 team and led the Dandenong Stingrays in the Coates Talent League.

Collingwood’s General Manager of List and Talent Strategy, Justin Leppitsch, expressed the Club’s excitement about the duo’s future.

“It’s fantastic to have Harry and Harvey extend their commitment to Collingwood,” Leppitsch said.

“They’re both exceptional young talents who have shown great dedication and potential since joining the Club. We’re thrilled to have them as part of our future and look forward to watching them grow and make an even greater impact in the years ahead.”

With Harrison’s on-field dynamism and DeMattia’s leadership and emerging skills, the Magpies are well-positioned to continue building a bright future.
