Bad: umpiring, was all over the place and we got the rub of the green

3 goals inside 1.5 minutes to start the 3rd. 8 goals for the rest of the game and 1 in the last when we had a lead. It's 100% the same shit as last year with some new faces to make it seem less shit.

GWS were crap, bet that was one of our better performances for the year and we still lost.

Lindsay is so ****ing good. Windsor is a jet. Both should be in the midfield full time. But nah, we might actually go somewhere and look better if we did that. Stick with the contest bomb the entries in crap.

Really happy with Lindsay. Didn't mind what I saw from AJ and Henderson.

Keen to give THE MAGICIAN an extended run.

Trac was excellent.

Thought Viney and Oliver were pretty disappointing. Each with a decent amount of disposals for little impact overall.

Liked the look of our newbies in that game. Unfortunately, we had a few people go missing, JVR and Fritsch were basically unsighted.

I think GWS are a better team than us so I'm not super upset, the difference in the match to me is Toby Greene. He's just able to win matches consistently, whereas our Gawns / Traccs, etc play well but don't always drag the team across the line (since 2021 anway).

Disappointing game from Fritsch. He was threatening in the 4th to snag a goal we desperately needed be he was a step off. Looked slow in his decisions and evasiveness.

AJ pretty much has a lock on the chop out ruck if we get the sort of effort we saw today.

Viney and Oliver cripple this team. Only need one of them.

JVR should be worried if we had a coach who wasn't committed to an awful F50 set up after today. The Magician out played him and put on far better pressure.

Fritsch should demand a trade. What is the point of having him in this F50 with the 3 talls set up with Gawn sneaking forward on top of it. Hawthorn would love him and know how to use him.

I have no expectations this season, if anything I hope the younger guys can show something.

Good: Oliver, AJ (although didn't take the chance to win the game), Sparrow's overall game (shut some people up), Jeffo hitting the scoreboard, Lindsay showing he's a 200 gamer.
Bad: Oliver giving so many dumb free kicks away. No respect paid to Finn Callaghan, Sparrows miss early, Goodwin. Langford a bad Sub choice.
Ugly: Lever's mistakes. Petty not knowing how to rush a behind.
