The Blues are closer to the bottom of the ladder than the top.

If you are talking about McStay, he is on $650k. I don’t see many free agents going anywhere near that low.

Also, if he wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have played in the 2023 GF and subsequently be premiers.

Don't put words in my mouth. If you are going to make a statement back it up. I read the article posted by SEN and Eade just stated it with no reasoning behind it whatsoever.

He didn't even name who our bottom 10 was. How do you make a statement like that without actually comparing the bottom 10 players on each list?

It would be like me saying Patrick Cripps is the best player in the competition and then not being able to explain why I think he is better than Marcus Bontempelli. It's not meaningful analysis.

There's plenty of fair criticism of Carlton out there, but when it's coming from a bloke who's claimed Mason Cox is better than Sam Walsh and Fin Macrae & Ned Long are better than Matthew Kennedy and Matthew Owies there's really no point in taking your opinion for anything but partisan jargon.

Never in the history of footy has one team been so reliant on one player.

If Cripps plays an absolute blinder, Carlton can win any game at any time.
