There are certainly similarities but the end goal seems to be different to what I am hearing. Whilst alot a disgruntled and that can't be denied I am only hearing that the contract will be forced to be seen out until its end.

Could reflect there are different views about what to do within the club.

Lol this is kind of ridiculous, we won a flag with Joel Hamlin and Fletcher Roberts as our key defenders and our key defenders clearly being the weakest position grouping of our 2016 premoership team.

What evidence is there that finals/premiership football is any different and different players play better? There's not even any evidence that tackle and contested ball numbers increase in finals, when compared to the same quality teams playing in the home-and-away season.

Just noticed that only Sam Davidson and Arty (who loves everyone ) liked his last post on insta of him at training. The boys get around each other generally on insta.

The suggestion that the "main issue" with Jamarra's behaviour is him posting photos on insta about his evening out at the rugby is very funny.

I think if it’s general knowledge that he’s been told to stop posting on instagram, then the team wouldn’t want to encourage him by ‘liking’ his posts.

Sacking him is not the way. This kid has elite level talent as a KPF and has already shown this in games. If he goes, we need to do whatever we can to get value out of him. I can guarantee some club will want him. Heck, some clubs were talking to Tarryn Thomas until the AFL stepped in and barred him.
We need to get JUH functional enough to trade him. If we do nothing, we get nothing. If we get him to the point of playing and doing well, we get 2 first rounders.

Yes, we can. We sacked Luke Goetz in 2016. But the AFL would likely have to agree to it, which they won't with JUH.

Did we? My recollection is that we sent him to train with just Footscray and he retired a week or two later.
Getting rid of a player on their first contract is vastly different challenge to a player that has signed other contracts.

Our Captain and the Norm Smith medalist were defenders. And our former captain.
You basically have to have a top 4 defensive unit to win a flag, going by stats for the last 20+ years.

Completely untrustworthy rumour is that Butters preference is to stay but Carr wants to fast track a rebuild pre Tassie and Butters is one that can get the assets they want
