Eagles players all wake up with a massive surge of synergy in their pyjama pants this morning! The young new players teach the rusty old seniors how to play the exciting new game-plan while on the bus trip to the oval. Simmo gives them a Churchillian speech before the game "We will fight them at the change-over gates, we will fight them on the benches, we will fight them in the change rooms, most importantly we will fight them in their minds, we will fill them full of doubt and fear and dread, then we'll put them to bed!

Shuey takes a successful dive and pings a goal in the dying minutes to break their hearts again. Darling finds his mojo stuck halfway down his bum crack and wreaks havoc kicking 7 goals. Cripps works tirelessly up and down the flank and kicks 5 goals on the run, then yells at the camera telling all the BF fanbois to go F**k themselves!!
Ryan and Rioli dazzle Port with never ending circus tricks, leaping and flying and somersaulting with ball in hand. They kick a few phat ones!

The midfield run and gun, they cut and thrust crazy new angles, they attack with dare and gusto through the corridor. They appear to be running not just on top, but miraculously above the ground!
Nelson has a blinder and proves he was always a Maserati in VW beetle clothing.
Naish and Witherden hit up targets all day long with a 99.9% D.E.
XON and West ruthlessly wreak havoc amongst Ports mids, streaking forward at all times from the centre bounce.
Yeo and Kelly just purr along in cruise mode smoking big cuban cigars, coz the young ones have got it all stitched up!

Hurn finally trundles and rumbles up the corridor and launches endless scud missiles homeward bound.
Strnadica and Billiams dance and prance, tap and slap that pill in all directions.
Eagles have a magnificent and stirring win with a huge percentage boost.
Simmo breaks down and cries with relief and thanks his Mum, Stevie... and Jen!
W.A makes Simmo an honorary Premier. A statue of Stevie is placed humping Bon Scotts leg in Freo.
Happy days are here again!
