The more i think it over i think he has to be given next year to turn it around. The club has given his support and actually come out and said its a re-build so let him start now and into next year and see where it takes us.
For one he has only had his new coaching staff for the first 6 months and he hasn't been given a proper go of implementing a game plan with the constant chopping and changing of players. I mean we cant even drop under performing players into the WAFL as its barely able to field a team.
In the short term we need to bite the bullet this year and go over the soft cap and just go for the best strength and conditioning team and sort that glaring issue that has been killing us for the better part of 5 years. Also i think we need to go hard at another key assistant and that has to be a forward coach as we are soooooooooo shit there atm.

Club did sound out Ash Hansen but he didn't want to leave Vic for now. Did wonders with Dog's fwd line when he was there and done fairly well with Carlto so far.

Rumour came through Triple M that Woosh had taken it upon himself to rustle up past premiership players and all attend the next training session to cheer the boys on and gee them up a bit.
