Great… another 9 umpires that have no idea…
The best umpires should be able to do two games a week. Take the bounce away if that helps but like the players and bigger lists another 9 umps mean worse umpires get games…
Another 9 NIcholls, Fishers or Elanis no thanks.

How can they pretend to care about the umpires and not get rid of the bounce? The umpires have been asking it for years, and at the moment you have umpires judged on decision making and bouncing, who gives a **** if a good decision maker cant bounce.
Interesting - They complain they can't get enough umpires to actually umpire now, due to the abuse they receive, and now they say they are going to increase the number to 4, or 5. Good luck!
