the way our smalls are going we can emulate that.

Charles Bailey had blinders and Linc was so close to having one too.

As others say, this will be won in the midfield. Break even and we can get this done.

confident of this. we are running high, and will be up for the fight

Dees deep down must know they are not a premiership team this year. Swans did that relatively easily. Big knock to their confidence tonight i reckon.

If you saw them monster us at the G in the middle of the year you would not say that, their best is still the best, I’m sure of that, as to why they’ve lost their mojo and consistency I’m not sure

Only two of Swans 14 goals from a tall forward.

Probably been mentioned before but we just CAN'T go in with that slow 3 talls bullshit against the Dees

Rayner in for Robbo.

Fort in for Oscar.

Drop Gardiner for Answerth and play MCStay in the backline and as second ruck as required.

Lyons bad luck but Matho and Dev are both a better option these days

I like that idea.

Robbo already confirmed last night was his last game.

If we learnt anything from last night and tonight it's that slow coaches are going to get burnt up in this finals series.

Melbourne have monstered us the last few times we've played them so we have to roll the dice.

3 talls in the forward line would be poison. Sydney beat them with chaos ball.

No to Gardiner ,Lyons and a couple of others who will be suspect at the G.

Fages' coaching against Richmond was magnificent

Fearlessly got the team to take the Tiges on at their own game and beat them at it, even with no ruckman. Obviously had McStay earmarked to move to the ruck with a little help from Joe

Just hope he has the courage not to revert to the standard drop Dev or Matho for Lyons. Both of them must play with Dev to do a job on Oliver

Slow midfield with three talls against the Dees is old, tired and just won't work.

I agree with you. I don’t want Lyons back in and it’s amazing how an injury to our ruckman worked in our favour in the forward line.

We could play Robbo as the medisub I suppose but we would have to gamble on him coming in no earlier than 3/4 time.

I love Robbo and everything he has contributed to the club but realistically, he just doesn't have the leg speed or endurance to be a sub if needed early in the game.

Ah Chee , Answerth or Prior should be the sub.

EDIT: Special shout out to 3KZ

Or even Lester

Wasn't it confirmed his last game at the Gabba?

Yeah, true though I sort of interpreted it as meaning last for the Lions. I don't think he should be picked when we have issues covering the ground and with Rayner and Answerth both being available. Maybe as the sub though not the right move imo.
