Hell no - it should be a 2nd round pick at best or we should walk. No more shifting out higher picks in exchange for a player and a lower pick "because the points add up still" garbage thanks.

Here's hoping we grow some balls and stop being pushed around on the trade table for a nice change of pace.

I'd be all over Stack personally, could be next year's Stengle but he's also as hard as nails and can play anywhere.

Wonder what Fly thinks about it - he's had some touch on Stack's early career so he must have a good feel for what he is capable of.

I didn't see much of him at VFL level, but his stats are only okay.
 
Stack certainly fits the game style - played a good final game of the year against Hawthorn in 2021. But yeah needs to be kept on the straight and narrow.

I don't think the best and fairest will make an impact when he's been gone all year and has informed Brisbane of his desire to leave.

You can’t let players of De Goey’s ability walk out the door at 26 years of age because you’ve had some 5 year deals not pan out previously. Travis was a head case and he’s the worst example you could pick.
