Loading Hug GIF by MOODMAN

It's been a hard few years mate so here's a hug.
I hear Doc Feel and MentalPatient would like a bit of variety, feel free to join in on that.

Whatever floats your boat.

Well Schumacher did... (Snow skiing) didn't end well for him.
This is what happens to many of those who continue to live on that real edge too long.

Senna, Kobe and Schui, all people I idolised, especially Senna. Couldn't and wouldn't ever just be normal blokes leading a normal life. That's now how they operate. (Very) unfortunately, shit happens sometimes.

I assume that is Bergman in the background, he looks solid through the hips and thighs, as does Rozee.

Reminder that the preseason trained the house down hype player last year was Sam Skinner

Other notable SA based "Train the House Down" Hall of Famers include:

Nathan Van Berlo
Jordan Galluci
Andrew Moore

and my personal fav Damon White who by my count trained the house down over 4 consecutive pre-seasons. Surprised there was any house left!

Looks like Sinn is still on recovery program.
Experienced midfielder Travis Boak underwent a left side hernia repair but it is not expected to impact his return for pre-season training in early December.

Young defender Josh Sinn had a similar procedure, which also included an abdominal tendon repair, and will have a staggered progression into full drills when he resumes training with the first to fourth year players in late November.

What I'm really hoping to see next season is for Bergmann, Sinn, Mead, Jones, Lord and Hayes progress to the next level 💪
Mead was very impressive today. He had great energy and his skills in match simulation were excellent. Jones didn't take part in the main group but his pace and agility were very good. Bergman looked a little lighter but was very sharp and ready to go next level. Duursmar also has trimmed down and moved well. Sinn couldn't run and did handball drills with JHF. Hayes was OK without standing out but Lord still looked a bit lost as a defender and lacking confidence in his body language. Rioli and Evans were good in match simulation too. Teakle was also in the thick of it and looks very capable of progressing well next season.

Rozee and Butters were incredible.

Is that couldn’t as in he was held back and in the rehab group with JHF or couldn’t as in he tried but wasn’t able to so then went and joined JHF?
He was unable to run. His movement was unnatural and restricted. He did not try to do any more than a shuffle. i suspect he may have been following an instruction to not run.
