For me, our F2 and F3 were the leverage to open up next years draft. That’s gone now.

The Swans made us pay a premium.

I really don’t like this. But as always, it’s way too early to give a pass or fail.

That F2 could be pick 19, we got bent over.

Keep in mind here, Naughton was drafted as a defender. Athletic, tough defender with great hands could be a forward at AFL level.

Toughness and game sense which Mitch rates highly. Will put his body on the line. Didn't really entertain the prospect because he'd be gone by our second. Like the pick.

I didn't entertain the prospect because he doesn't fill a need.

I feel like we missed the boat on getting George, Clarke or Kostanty which is getting urgent up forward with an ageing Breust and Brocky having an uncertain future.

Wouldn't be surprised if we saw Weddle as being a more local version of Allan. Looks to have positive traits to head up the ground more- going to be a super interesting watch next year!
