It will depend on what roles they want them to play. Looking at Cox last week I doubt he is going to be a lot bigger. He looks the same as last year. Thankfully he is mobile and has reasonable skills on btoh sides so he can play intercept flank or half forward.
May be an issue for Reid as he does not have the same speed and engine as Cox and is suited to play KP.
I would not say Daniher or Hipwood are huge. Tim English is another who has been a bit on the skinny side before building up a little the last 2 seasons. Stanley at Geelong is not a big unit for a player his size. I do agree though being skinny with narrow shoulders and not a lot of leg definition is an issue.
You've mentioned in the past (i think) he could play fwd

If cox and hayes come on as fb/chb options (or cox as 3rd and zerk back there), what sort of craft has he got? Assume the kicking and marking is decent.

He played some forward at under 18. He leads and marks the ball and is mobile. At 200cm that is what he needs. The rest is simply fine tune.

5-7 weeks away, returning from a back injury
5-7 weeks away, and it's a back injury (not a foot or an ankle), according to the injury update graphic.

Of our last 5 top ten draft picks 4 have been recently/or are currently injured. Cox, Hobbs, Reid and Tsatas.
Pretty disappointing.

This looks like rehab group running laps together, so guessing he's on a modified program.

Interesting that the other clip above has him doing some sort of match sim, which you'd assume is contact training.

If he's in contact training then the injured area is probably stable, otherwise they wouldn't risk the match sim. But doing extra running says he's probably doing strength and conditioning work to build up loads before he's going to be fit enough to actually play at any level. 🤔

And it's running over ground, not in the alter-G. So that's a good sign too.

I wish we had a proper injury update instead of having to guess based on training watcher clips on twitter... 😒

Another piece of the puzzle why we have been languishing. Even going back a bit most of our best/top pick forward talents have struggled to get on the park for prolonged periods or had injuries that robbed them of their potential - Gumby, Joe, Orazio, Davey, Jetta.
