Encountered some black and white friends on my walk this afternoon. Hoping it's a good omen for the game. They wanted a share of the apple I was eating and rewarded me with a lovely warble song afterwards. Not quite sure how to do this but I'll try and post some photos of the occasion.

So the question (IMO) is can ruscoe do the same?
If he cant, we’re in trouble.

I don’t see his contested work as a strength in his game. Often gets out bodied and out marked. On the flip side, he can hit a pack and cause a spillage if he gets the opportunity to run and jump. We’ll see soon enough if what he brings is enough. Hopefully we’re not planning to match him up on Wiedeman or Phillips/Draper.

If they play Weideman and resting ruckman in the forward line, I’d really want Frampton in the backline.

I don’t think Frampton would do a whole lot more in the ruck than Freddie would.

I rather make sure our defence was strong.

Frampton is a way better ruckman than Kreuger on exposed form.

I just don’t see it, but I’d love to be proven wrong. IQ on Tippa and Maynard on Stringer…both deserve respect which means it’s really only Ruscoe that can potentially zone off. This concerns me.
