In particular the first minutes of the last qtr.

And we lost a key to our defense in the first term. The whinge feast on the radio and other boards is delicious. That 50m against Oleg was an utter disgrace which shifted the momentum.

watching the replay and I still get nervous when Brisbane kick goals…

They were so good at taking the relatively few opportunities they had early........some from our errors and a few dubious frees. Every time they got the damn ball it ended in a goal.

I felt so much deja vu during the game but somehow knew deep down we would get there. So many highlights in our goals scored - Sidey, JDG, Crispy etc.....and yet so many relatively easy opportunities missed. A rather unusual game in many ways but who cares, eh?

I thought it worth noting what a gracious presser Fagan gave - he acknowledged that the better team on the day won and no excuses. In fact the banter between Collingwood and Brisbane (before,during and after) has largely been very respectful .

Brisbane have been nothing but gracious in defeat. Nothing but respect for them. Carlton supporters on the other hand

There are some salty Carlton supporters out there, what sore losers from their putrid supporters.
We beat Melbourne, GWS and Brisbane in a tough 3 finals games to win the premiership.

We finally put that stupid argument of not winning a flag in September. If not for a poor kicking we would have won by 4-5 goals today.
At one point we had 10 more shots to lead by 5 points.

Like most, I will be enjoying this premiership for a long time.
