Of course you will, double down is the way to go.I was mocking Dan and criticising Israel's response in Gaza. I'll do them both again. If you're offended and consider it tasteless- oh well. Offence has become a feigned political response to silence criticism, so I'll continue to ignore it.
Finally, my avoidance of catching Covid is over - symptoms entail the feeling of someone stuffing an unpeeled and untopped pineapple in my head
Australia really is a fortunate country in so many respects. Our middle boy had a brain tumor removed 5 years ago, best of treatment, best of care and a wonderful team of specialists that bought him some well spent time at Griffith University Hospital. Sadly it’s returned, stage 4 and another filthy great tumour removed at Princess Alexandra but he’s in the stage of quality of life now unfortunately. He’s a fighter, chemo and radiation on the near horizon but he give it all as will we for him.
No medical costs again but of course so much emotional and physical carnage on all.
We’ve been fortunate to buy a house in Bullimba for him and wife and dig into our super to help them through these times but we really need to be thankful for the land we live in that’s afforded us this opportunity.
Bit of a rant I know and sorry but in a world of filthy things our country isn’t one of them.
Double down or double standards?Of course you will, double down is the way to go.
Not good - wishing you a speedy recovery. Finally, my avoidance of catching Covid is over - symptoms entail the feeling of someone stuffing an unpeeled and untopped pineapple in my head
The exception to the infamy of pineapple is the taco el pastor to be found in Mexico CityNot good - wishing you a speedy recovery.
PS - pineapples have a special place in infamy in this place

Made Lebanese style rice and lentils tonight but too salty as forgot I put salt in the chicken broth I made. Very salty.
Went to Chef Google and they suggested to add lemon juice to soften the taste of salt.
It works but the recipe didn't call for lemon juice, anyway tasted nice.
Sorry but there's not a grain of truth in that rumourlebanese rice? thats rather subversive... you better eat it quick, legislation is being drafted at the moment...
Was a bit obvious when you reversed over him. Justifiably so in my opinion thoughA person was hit by a bus after he claimed pineapple goes with pizza.
Also, I lost my bus license today.
Style was the key word in post. Rice was good old Sunrise medium grain.

Awful thing to experience for you mate. My little girl left us at 9 months, SIDS. Always a hole.I feel for you, Jimmy. All of us here hope for the best for him & your family. At least he's been able to get the best treatment available.
We are lucky in Australia that we can access quality health care.
We lost a little girl, stillborn at 6 months.
You want your kids to outlive you - it tears your heart out to lose one so young.Awful thing to experience for you mate. My little girl left us at 9 months, SIDS. Always a hole.
Thanks to all for your thoughts, not sure why I posted to tell the truth, I’m pretty private with that sort of stuff but it just fell out that day. He’s a tough kid and he’ll give it his all, and there’s alway a chance when you stay in the fight.
I would like to introduce Peta and Nick. They are a mother and son who decided to move in a couple of weeks ago. I normally feed all the wild birds in my backyard but these two decided they would start coming to my back door and start calling me. Peta, the mum, still has to put food in Nick's mouth for some reason, even though he is just as big as mum. Anyway, they are now costing me a tub of meal worms every week, but they will come and sit right next to me.View attachment 1858793
Overruled - Ollie had his chance to be a magpie and threw it away - stiff cheddar OllieWhile I appreciate you calling the young male ‘Nick’, can I suggest a name change to ‘Ollie’, given his over reliance on his mum?
My magpie pair have finally had a chick that has survived to follow the parents around each day - first one since I became acquainted with the pair during lockdown. They have been costing about as much as a cat to feed over the past 4 years. I am glad that finally one chick has survived St Kilda Rd, the tramline and the occasional horrendous winds and am looking forward to it accompanying the parents when they come for stand-up and takeaway food..I would like to introduce Peta and Nick.
