Maybe some delayed karma with the missed calls in the last Rams drive after they made the SB a few years back with the missed PI call on Robey-Coleman.

But they did it to themselves too. Three FGs on red zone drives, shouldn't burn timeouts on offense when you'll need them later, and if you do happen to be down to one then don't punt the ball to the other team with a few minutes left.

Well done to the Lions, and another home game next week against probably the poorest team left in the NFC (regardless of who wins tomorrow). Strong favourites to make the championship game now.

I'm keen to understand what was going through McVay's head that he though was going to happen from the Lions 10 yard line versus their 45?

Punting made no sense.
