Yep, and sadly I can’t see him winning the Brownlow now … not because he’s not the best player in the league, but purely because Chad & Errol (and others) will keep pinching votes off him, while Nick Daicos will keep getting 3 or 2 votes every time the Pies win or go close to winning
Tbh, $4.33 for Daicos to win it is great value… the only way he doesn’t win it will be because of injury or suspension.
Speaking of Daicos winning the Brownlow, I cashed out my Swans / Errol Brownlow quinella bet for $41.50 (payout was over $5k, but just can’t see it happening now) and dumped it all on this trifecta (Daicos brownlow, Bombers to not make top 4, and Dempsey to win Rising Star)… I think the first 2 legs are close to sure things , so IMO it’s essentially a bet on Dempsey

Nah Daicos won't get enough votes, they won't win enough games. No I'm not and I'm not sure how you think I am. The best players this year are from Victorian teams, so the claim a 4 and a bit game player who has had 1-2 OK games will win it because he plays for the pies because the media love the pies (ignoring they've only ever had two winners of the rising star) is silly. We've had more winners than anyone else so not really sure how Vic bias even comes into it.Haha, aren’t you conflicting urself a little in the same sentence?
